Come out by yourself or with a partner to learn some Latin style dance basics and figures! Master technique and skill with repetition in an energetic, vibrant, fast paced setting. Develop a sense of musicality and rhythm as you acquire a variety of social dance skills and techniques that you can take with you anywhere.

Cancellation Policy
Due to the semi-private nature of our studio, online booking is required for all group classes. Booking for group classes closes two hours before the scheduled start time. In the event that the class minimum (two students) is not met, that particular class will not occur and will be removed from that day's schedule. You will receive an email notification in the event of cancellation of a class you are signed up for. This helps our instructors to plan their travel and coaching schedules accordingly, and anticipate any needed changes. If you cannot attend a class that you booked, we ask that cancellation occurs at least 12 hours before the class time. This can be done through your account at spiritnsoulfitness.com, using the email address you used to sign up for class. If you do not cancel by the requested time or do not show up for a booked class, your account will be charged for the class. Thank you for keeping this in mind when planning classes, and for helping our dedicated instructors plan their schedules!
