Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Vinyasa Flow yoga moves between postures riding the breath. We will move between
challenges (Tapas) and Ease (Sukha). Vinyasa is a moving meditation that creates strength and
freedom in the body and mind. This physical practice follows you off the mat into the
challenge and sweetness of life. Sun salutations, forward bending, twists, backbends with
opportunity for inversions. Modifications are always available. All levels are welcome.
