Rehabilitation/PT/Sports Performance Therapy

A health history and physical assessment and goal inventory will be the basis of your detailed OPT Model program and Training (NASM Based).  Each clients specific functional, therapeutic and chronic conditions will be emphasized.  Program will be based on strategies for muscle imbalances and proprioceptive awareness.  If Sports Performance is your goal, injury prevention, speed, agility, and dynamic strength will be the focus.
