The essence of life coaching is to transform the lives we are privileged to touch. We guide them to move beyond their past circumstances, identify the vision and pursue it with all they have inside them. Christian Coaching has a deeper sense of eternal purpose and is about helping people move from where they are to where God wants them to be. It’s about inviting God and His love into the process.

My goal as your coach includes the following:

• assist with overcoming barriers, fears and insecurities

• help find your unique motivation to move forward in life

• help and support in times of crisis, change and transition

• explore your unique relationship with God and His purpose for you

• practically apply faith and trust in God in everyday situations

• help deepen your intimacy with God and learn to listen for His voice

Coaching is about working from the “inside-out” to help people move forward in life. Coaches use powerful questions and tools to help their clients gain clarity and find their own answers.  We create a space for vulnerability and structure that helps people to be held accountable to go out and embrace the future they are being called to fulfill.
